I feel like theyre not interested in helping! Brushed me off and now Im not responding to my emails.

Very poor communication it would be much easier if there was a phone number I could talk to someone rather than going round in circles online very frustrating !!! Every business should have a phone number with someone you can talk to instead of multiple-choice crap unhelpful questions questions and no results!!!

A lots of problems on a product received

I bought a table and 2 chairs and so many issues on those products.
- the holes for the screws to add the extensions doesn't match
- one of the table extension is not flat
- the other table extension is not the same color as the current table
- for the chairs, the middle barre are missing and the hardware are missing too, so I can't assemble it.
Useless.
On top of that I've sent them 2 emails without any answers...
So no refund possible, or replacement.
Product and customer service are terrible. I've paid that table and chairs $600. It's a big scam.

No body answered the phone. No body has responded to my emails either.

Be aware, if you buy anything from *** Smith, you are automatically subscribed and they take $14.99 from your method of payment monthly.

They make it very hard to unsubscribe. Will not be buy9ng from *** Smith ever again.
